Kormac was founded by Matt, who has spent over 15 years working in construction, joinery, and project management. He first set up his own business after seeing too many clients let down by poor communication, cut corners, and contractors who walked away from problems. Matt's goal was simple: take ownership, do the work properly, and build the kind of trust the industry was missing.
Over time, Matt grew the business beyond commercial fitouts and custom joinery, steadily adding new services to give clients reliable options across design, manufacturing, maintenance, automation, hospitality, and healthcare. Over time, what started as a small business focused on commercial fitouts and custom joinery has now evolved into Kormac, a business built to support SMEs such as offices, clinics, restaurants, bars, and shops.
Today, Kormac brings all of this together under one brand and one way of working, the Kormac Method. Matt’s vision is to create a business that makes projects easier, outcomes stronger, and relationships longer lasting. Looking ahead, Kormac is set on continuing to raise standards, proving that doing things properly is always worth it.
